Accessing the reviews, guides, and rankings on this site constitutes confirmation that you have read these Terms of Use, understood them, and agreed to be governed by them. Anyone who does not consent should discontinue use immediately.
These provisions may be updated or reorganised periodically without advance notification. Continuing to read our editorial material after a change amounts to formal acceptance of the new version.
2. What this publication is
We operate solely as an independent review platform and informational catalogue dedicated to resort accommodation, destination hotels, and leisure properties.

- All reviews, amenity notes, tier rankings, and scores are provided for general travel research and holiday planning purposes.
- Our own assessments
- Rankings reflect our editorial team's judgement, applied through a published rubric and informed by industry standards.
- We do not sell travel
- We do not run a travel agency, operate a reservations desk, or manage any hospitality or entertainment venue.
3. Intellectual property
The editorial copy, ranking structures, scoring matrices, graphics, trademarks, and site design are the exclusive property of this publication and its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence permits viewing and printing individual pages for personal planning. It does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, distribute, republish, or syndicate our assessments without written authorisation.
- Run automated harvesting, scraping, or indexing tools over our proprietary ranking data.
- Adapt, modify, or derive new works from our evaluations and property matrices.
4. The limits of what we can verify
Our editors work to verify published details, amenity schedules, and local conditions, but leisure properties change their offerings and operating rules frequently.
We extend no express or implied warranty covering the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party information. Confirm anything that matters directly with the establishment before committing.
5. Third-party links and providers
Articles and reviews sometimes link out to hospitality venues, booking providers, and tourism authorities. Such links are offered only as a convenience.
We have no governance over external websites, their conditions, their security measures, or the agreements they present. Using them is your own decision and your own risk.
6. User conduct
You undertake to observe every applicable regional, national, and international statute while using the site. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Damage, disrupt, or otherwise impair the operational security of the publication's systems.
- Seek unauthorised entry to administrative portals, infrastructure, or connected systems.
- Employ the site or its editorial content for any illegal, misleading, or abusive end.
